We offer many different packages, although these are flexible and can be tailor made to each individual couple.
Wedding starter
When planning a wedding its sometimes hard to know where to start. Then we can help you to get things started by getting your ideas together, and go through exactly what you want from your day. You will receive a detailed agenda within 7 days of the initial consultation.
- 2 hour consultation
- Wedding checklist that’s easy to follow (includes budgeting, table plans and timelines)
- Vetted suppliers and recommendations (suppliers that are available on your wedding day)
- Wedding design (Suggestions to make your day extra special)
Venue search and selection:
- Consultation to establish what the clients require
- Looking for and finding suitable venues, that will suit our clients needs
- Personally accompanying the bride and groom to venues
Full planning service (This can be tailored to your own personal needs)
- 2 hour consultation
- Venue search and co-ordination
- Wedding supplier management (ensuring that everything is booked and ready for your wedding)
- Creative styling
- Attendance on the day to co-ordinate (optional)
- Invite and RSVP management
- Accommodation management
- Visit venue the day before wedding and ensure everything is as planned
On the day management
- Initial consultation 4 weeks prior to wedding day
- Liase with suppliers, inform them of who to liase with prior to and on the day of the wedding (ensuring everything is booked and ready for your wedding)
- Introduce ourselves to the wedding party as a point of contact for any problems throughout the day
- Agenda and timeline for the day (ensuring that all members of the wedding party have a copy and a list of duties for the day)
- Visit the venue the day before the wedding to ensure everything is happening as originally planned
- Ensure that all suppliers arrive and deliver on time
- Ensure that any problems are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner without minimal disruption to your wedding day
- Ensure that the whole day runs smoothly and all guests enjoy themselves
6-8 week helper
- Initial consultation 6-8 weeks prior to wedding day
- Take over all arrangements
- Chase up any outstanding reply’s to wedding invitations
- Liase with suppliers, inform them of who to liase with prior to and on the day of the wedding (ensuring everything is booked and ready for your wedding)
- Keep in constant contact with suppliers to ensure you have a perfect day
- Agenda and timeline for the day
- (Extra charge for on the day management)
With every package, all clients will be sent a weekly update on their events. This will be done, either by email or telephone.
